You can book your vendors as early as you like, but to ensure availability, bookings should be made no less than 10-12 months in advance. Bookings for your venue and major vendors are best made around 18-12 months in advance. This will ensure the vendor you want is available for you.

Absolutely! We provide everything at your event down to the signing pen. We have top of the range sound equipment for your music and announcements.

We do have some small requirements however, but are the general things like a dry place for set up and an electrical powerpoint. You can find what is required of you in our Service guide Terms and Conditions.

This of course depends on the kind of ceremony you want. We like to keep it Simply Sweet and within a 30 minute range from start to finish. No matter how long though, we will make it impactful and full of memories, personalised to you. Even the vows-only option, will be personalised to you in some way. Still giving you all the love vibes as you get married.

You Betchya! We have a run sheet for your music schedule that you will fill out the month leading up to the day. The music schedule will include your selections for the music you want for your sweetest moments and any announcements to be made over the course of the day / evening.

All you need to do is get in touch with us. Once your package and fees statement are confirmed and the deposit is paid, we lock you in! You will receive confirmation of your booking in writing via email for your files along with your invoice and receipt of payments.
